I am playing Apex legends ranked in ps4 but whenever my internet goes off for just 1 sec I cannot rejoin that match + I lose RP and get Abandon penalty. I don't know if this is because of recent update or not but please fix it as soon as possible.

Hey, when this happens are you playing with friends or solo queueing. If the latter, there's a chance the matchmade players died before you returned. However if you were with friends who were waiting for you, but you never returned, that's interesting info.

I usually play solo but I don't think my teammates died in just 20 sec of me leaving and this happened in many matches.

It's a very common issue. Apex is shutting down servers. I've had it 10 times at least this season. My team and I randomly get connection issues and time out, then when we try to reconnect, code:over. Crazy how all the complaints haven't led to any action by EA.
