[FIXED] [CoL] Loud scratch/Multiple songs when listing to Cottage Core on Earbud [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for the Starwars, 80's kit, and a few stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not 100% sure but I think the earbuds are causing it when you turn on the cottagecore channel.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sound is very loud, scratchy, screeching and it just makes this terrible sound even if you turn the earbuds off. You have to completely restart the game to get rid of it and it happens every time I turn on the earbuds to cottagecore.
What do you expect to see? I would like to hear the cottagecore music, not the wailing of 1000 banshees.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I'm not sure what's going on with this but when I try to turn on the earbuds to cottagecore it just screeches at me and it's just a terrible sound even if you turn them off or try to change the channel and only restarting the game makes it stop.

Fixed an issue where Earbuds would occasionally play multiple songs at the same time when listening to Cottage Core music.

please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue, especially if the loud scratching noise wasn't part of the multiple songs.

@ChemicalPrncess Hm, i tested this on my save game and it's working fine for me other than a bit of a crackling that does go away when I turn the earbuds off.

What kind of sound card/speakers are you using ?

ya, I'm getting the cracking sound when playing earbuds. even turning it off the cracking continued to I reload game

Experiencing the same issue. The earbuds in general seem very buggy now but i want to play a bit more before i list specifics.

Exact same issue. Saving didn't fix it, exiting to the menu didn't fix it, but restarting the game completely fixed it. I think what is happening is that it's playing all the Cottagecore songs at the same time? The sound is horrendous, but I think I could hear multiple voices singing at the same time.

I encountered the same problem. When turning on cottagecore station using earbuds, I will not be able to turn off that station. The music would keep playing in the back ground and the song is horrendous, it's like a mashed up of multiple cottagecore (cc) songs playing altogether. Quitting to main menu doesn't work. If I leave the lot and go somehwere the music stops, but when i get back home the music is there again. I can temporarily turn on CC station and turn it off again through earbuds and the music stops for 10 seconds, before it popping back on again. Please fix this asap.
