Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This may or not be intentional, as all of the new rice recipes are missing ingredient data all together, so even if someone were to mod in the simple living cooking interaction, those recipes would still not be compatible.

If this intentional, it's extremely dissapointing.

Using the pressure cooker with simple living is rather odd. If you initiate the interaction from the fridge, the pressure cooker meals are free (and don't require ingredients). However, if you initiate the interaction from the pressure cooker, the meals do cost money. Make that make sense.
