What do you expect to see? Action with objects and dance floor. Also entering without zooming in.

Club unlocked but acts locked.Sims go in but does not show me unless I zoom in. Then when I do I only see Sims and no objects. Only action I can do is with the SIM I am with. No object interaction

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
