I am not the Club creator or owner, but have been given Captain rank.

Club is inactive so no other members to ask.

Do you play Apex Legends on any other platforms? Have you unlinked any platform accounts from your EA Account before you started getting this error?

No I've been getting this error for a while. The account is also linked to a PSN user NickWebby39 from what I remember

Hmm, I see. 

If you log into Apex Legends on PlayStation does it show that you're part of a Club there? If so, does it let you leave the Club, or do you get the same error?

What happens when the bug occurs? When logging in from the loading screen after starting the application on the PS4 menu, I am presented 100% everytime with a message stating "Error: Club Operation 5 failed -1" I cannot access the joined club, I cannot leave or join another successfully. When I go onto the clubs menu, it gives me the option of joining another club, but if I do this, and then close the app and log back in after a successful application to a club, it resets and sets it back to the bugged club with the tag. I joined the club but have no contact with any of the members to see if they can help.
What should be happening instead? Normal club interaction menu, option to leave club or join another.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how you can recreate this as all I did is join a club which seems to have bugged out. I guess you'll know what club operation 5 is and how to fix the failure?

Seems to only appear when you disable cross play, haven't tried on cross play?

I think I found a solution!!!

I had the same in Xbox.

I typed in the club chat "hi, can someone kick me out?".

When I sent the message it seems it synced my club status in the server and it let me exit with no issues!!!!

Try this and let me know if it worked for you too!
