Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just open the game and the issue is there. The screen is stuck on the “your sim has been promoted” message.

That is strange! When you're loading the game at the right top of the loading screen there is a number, this is the player id. Can you tell me what it is?

I am also having the same problem, saying I’ve been promoted to level 6 on the barista career when there are only 5 levels, I have deleted the game and reinstalled and it is still showing
