Haven't seen any reports about this issue. So I'm closing the report. 

If you still have this issue, please contact EA 

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

every time I'm trying the game freeze. Then i have to hard close the game otherwise I'm not able to do any actions.

Please help, i did already everything support told me, nothing helps.

Everything is up to date. The phone the game also nothing is open in background.
