[Collection Thread] Items gone missing in the game

Thank you, @Phantomlover1717, but I had the 3 star items unlocked with my retired 1st gen SIM. I'm even using the 3 star Hot Stuff Stove now. I just didn't have the $ to purchase the Griddle stove. It's the only hobby where I didn't purchase all the items in the collection and I'm not sure how it works. Also, I already purchased the Hot Stuff Stove and we are only allowed to buy 1 but it is also showing locked. So something doesn't seem right. That's why I was asking.

I just made this same mistake when i retired a sim just minutes ago, i forgot myself but you need to purchase unlocked items before you retire them.
If you want to unlock them again you need to start the hobby again with another sim. It's a bit annoying but unfortunately that's how it is.

Maybe I'll be richer the next time I have a SIM in the Cooking Hobby. 😋😂

I went to put on a chef's hat (for silly stickers ) and it's missing. Neither male nor female sims have it available anymore. I've finished the restaurant career 100% twice so far and have the rewards associated with it. I just noticed I no longer have the chef's hat. I'm not sure yet if anything else is missing.

I had 4 fall foliage trees. after the game crashed, one of my fall foliage trees had gone missing. I will be grateful if you recover my missing item.

After event ended, I am missing 1 fall foliage and 2 cypress trees. I contacted EA and the agent offered 100 simoleons. This is a joke!! I’ve spent real money to have enough simcash for decorations like trees!!

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

i bought a sofa, but it’s gone. email to EA but they just said i have nothing to prove i bought it. they say it again and again. i felt perfunctory.....not really good....how can i give a prove? this is their game’s problem!
