Additional feedback I have this flooring in my house that looks like glorious hardwood, but it doesn’t match any of the shades there and it says I don’t own any hardwood

Help! I have this floor, but it doesn’t match any of the other hardwood options and my game says I don’t own any hardwood. It looks like glorious hardwood, but there aren’t any shades that match this one.

So, if they're going to charge us money for swatches now, you remember how the smokey glam and stunning Summer makeup is missing a TON of the advertised colors?

I never did ask for a refund, but now that they've made it really clear colors are in fact valuable and it is in fact a big deal to have them, I want the rest of my colors, please. Thank you.

I have a lot of my floors back, but I can’t find this hardwood anywhere. It doesn’t match any shades of Glorious Hardwood, and my game says I don’t even own any hardwood. Any suggestions?

Thanks for letting us know @Lolaismydog, can you show me a screenshot of Buildmode > floors > wood? It doesn't show that you own the first one?

@SimGuruMaaike hi, I just checked and it says I do own that first one. But it’s a darker color than the one I have in the other bedroom. Here’s some pictures of that one

So I went onto the sims mobile app a few hours ago and I noticed that the color of this sweater changed, as well as the rest of the colors that come along with it. I went back on just now and it’s still showing the color change. It use to be a tan/brown color which can be seen in the second screenshot. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if the colors actually changed.

Can you change the colour back in CAS (create a Sim)? If you do, does it stick?

Or did they take out the colour maybe?

No, I cannot change the colors back. Even as I’m changing my sim, it’s still showing the color changes. The original colors are not there anymore and it’s for that item only from what I know. I have no idea if they took out the colors, it was very random when it changed. I would assume that they would notify players about an update like that.
