[Open] Not receiving Heirloom Chests

Thanks for keeping us updated on how things are going for you!

A couple questions, if you don't mind

@charlycheez, did you get any heirlooms when you opened the retirement chest?

@rmw8855, can you still see the heirlooms in the heirloom Collection page?

@EA_Mai  The heirlooms were there when they 1st retired, but disappeared when they moved out.  At this point they are still missing.

The heirlooms dissapeared from those 2 after the chests were opened,no idea where they went [checked case/storage].

I'm retiring one tomorrow,so will let you know if there is still an issue.

A screenshot of the heirloom you get, one of the heirloom showing in the heirloom collection page and another one not showing later. That would be helpful! :eahigh_file:

Wouldn't know how to screenshot on my phone but received heirloom so hopefully all is sorted out now.

@EA_Mai  I just retired 2 sims & I took screen shots of the heirlooms.  If they disappear again when the sims move out I will post them for you.

Hi again! It wasn't working on the version that I quoted before (11.0.3.169545 / 11.0.1.168815-Stage_192_to_Patch-Stage_142_to_Lobby_138+Stage @ 171851), but it is working fine now after the updates for the summer quest! (11.0.3.169545 / 11.0.1.168815-Stage_192_to_Patch-Stage_142_to_Lobby_138_to_Stage_165+Lobby@173434)

@EA_Mai I received my heirloom when I retired my sim, however, when I look in the family portrait, the sim says nothing completed, no heirloom earned. The last 5 retired sims are like this. Only the last 3 gave heirlooms. I have a video of this sim receiving his heirloom.
