Hey all,
Can you start your game now (close it first if you are currently playing it), then close it and start it up again for the second time. After you've done that, can you let us know if you're able to get your heirlooms from the heirloom chest?
The game does have to be started twice to make sure any changes we made are applied. If you want to make sure you're on the right version, this is the full version number that you should see in your about screen: 11.0.3.169545 / 11.0.1.168815-Stage_192_to_Patch-Stage_142_to_Lobby_138_to_Stage_165 @ 171851

Fixed for me. Bought a heirloom chest and DID receive a heirloom as expected.

Hey there,
Nothing happened for me. What should I do next?
I added my screen. I lost 75 green heirloom tickets before but still didn't get any heirloom. I should have 3.

Did you buy the heirloom chests today?
@whendheeee Looks like you're on the right version, are you having issues with heirloom chests?

Nope I didn't/couldn't buy any heirloom chest today because I haven't enough green ticket.
I only got my daily Family Chest for today.

Do you know if this bug has been fixed?? I have 3 more sims I want to retire but don’t want too do it incase I don’t receive an heirloom again!

I think it's fixed because I retired my sim and got heirloom.
But other heirlooms that we lost before because of the bug won't come back, in my opinion. So sad.

Nope, not fixed.
I had 2 sims retire on Monday - received heirlooms, but when they moved out today the heirlooms disappeared.
