Could you contact EA about this as well?
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

So I bought 2 of the heirloom chests and one super heirloom chest, but nothing opened and it doesn't appear like I received anything. Also there seems to be a glitch with the family chest, because I seem to have clicked it about 20 times and it still gives me stuff. I closed the app and restarted it. My player ID is 1003506118182

Update: one of my sims just retired, I got the retirement chest, hit open, and nothing happened.

I'm lvl 40. I bought about 7 heirloom chests and 1 super heirloom chest. everytime i buy one it has the animation like it went to storage, but it doesnt open,.. and i cant find them anywhere. i lost 175 heirloom tickets and 25 super heirloom tickets. i also retired a sim and got the retirement chest but when i tried to open it, it dissapeared, so i lost the retirement chest aswell... that was when i could actually play the game...

Hello, @Phantomlover1717! My player ID is 1003242821484. I have reported this, but they have not responded to my update yet. I have also had the bug re: when I look in the family portrait, it says that my retired sims did not pass on heirlooms (which they did) because they have not achieved life goals. I worked very hard to get those two retired sims to a level ten in their careers, hobbies, and relationships and so this is very frustrating on my end Attached below is the bug that I was talking about. thanks so much!
