I also have this problem. My sim received these jean pants with a brown belt as a story reward before the update. She is currently wearing them, but when I opened CAS, it says I don’t own the item or any of the colors

@whackywhippet234 I am seeing this too! It says “owned” (though I never purchased it) and then clearly shows 4 colors owned, and the rest with simcash, but also still saying “checkout” with a price

@mem1222 I was hoping they would give us 4 colors free but no..

I had a notification stating that the owned items have been returned?
I've ownership back of the mask & necklace from the Halloween story but still not the female outfit from Romancing The Tomes.

I also got a notification that it had been restored and then I got a notification about the Monarch items for sale.
Well I just bought the red two seats sofa, the red one for S15, - but than it says I have to pay S150, - to unlock it?
As you can see in the pics attached I have to pay 150 for the red one.
I have also tried it with the green one, before and after pics attached. Same problem!
Whats going on?

@SalixCat wrote:I've gone through CAS in my game and found one more item missing. I got the heirloom for the relationship story Romancing the Tomes. I have completed it, unlocked all the rewards, owned and used the outfit you can see in the attached pictures.
@EA_Mai, I didn't get an answer from you. Therefore I am using this same bug report.
This outfit is still missing. In my game.
Updated 1st of December
There are several items now missing in CAS:
The wedding dress is something I've purchased with sim cash in every available colour.
Two types of lipstick are also items I own in every colour.
Screenshots of the wedding dress and two kind of lipsticks are attached.
