How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my game's CAS under makeup. The mask that I've already unlocked costs now simoleons.
What do you expect to see? The mask, reward from Spirited Friendship, should be available as it was unlocked when I finished this story several weeks ago. I have used it on my sims before this last update.

Additional feedback I won the heirloom for this story during the Halloween event. Then I completed the story which unlocked all three rewards. I've used the mask several times and now it's not available unless I pay for it. This is an item I already own and should be able to use without paying extra simoleons.

If you have this issue or still have this issue, it's best to contact EA about it.

I've gone through CAS in my game and found one more item missing. I got the heirloom for the relationship story Romancing the Tomes. I have completed it, unlocked all the rewards, owned and used the outfit you can see in the attached pictures.
@EA_Mai, I didn't get an answer from you. Therefore I am using this same bug report.

Listed below are the items which I owned and have used before the Winter Update, which now requires a separate payment for each colour of said item:
- The full face mask reward from the Spirited Friendship story for both male and female
- The female top from the Study Buddies story
- The male pants from the Study Buddies story
All colour swatches of these 2 items were previously free to use. Screenshots are attached.

For me it's kinda the opposite. It told me I had 4 wedding dress colors unlocked but it still told me I had to pay for them. And I don't remember buying any wedding gowns before the update. (Couldn't show the last one)
Ok, the *only* dress I actually bought was the light blue or aka the cheapest one.

Same heppened to me with 3 interior wallpapers, 1 exterior wallpaper, 1 wood floor, haloween make up and accessory, and male top from a relationship story.
