Family event changes to birthday.

Not as much but still does on occasion. My one SIM only has 2 star upbringing because the event didn't even pop up for her for as a toddler.

Seems to happen more so when have 3 of more kids at a time. So I try not to have so many now at once.

Haven't seen any reports on this, and haven't had much feedback. So I'm closing this report.
