What do you expect to see? The bug to be resolved instead of trying to keep blaming it on the player's connection issue if multiple players are having the same issue.

Having the same issues going on about two weeks.

For the past week or so I experience "Where's network?" more often than I used to.
I would play normally and then see this error. Previously I could just wait a little and the issue was resolved. Nowadays I need to force close and open the game again. Due to this issue I also had a couple of times when the progress was lost.
I play on iPhone Xs (12.4.1). I'm usually connected to both WiFi and Data.

I got the "Where is the network" message several times last evening. My tablet was connected to 4G, not WiFi.
I was redecorating my Sims house and also changing my Sims outfits.
Today I started Wumples quest. This time I was connected to WiFi and just a couple of meters from the router. Then again, "Where is the network" message showed up. My Sim was doing last step of chapter 1, Rehearse hilarious jokes. I restarted my tablet, opended the game and my Sim was doing nothing. I had to start the task again. It is inconvenient to have to restart a 4 hour quest task. In the worst case we might lose quest rewards because of this issue.

this No network glitch has been going on for a while but is definitely getting worse. The game just randomly crashes with the no network error and the only way to return to the game is to force close. I play on my iPhone 8 and iPad Pro. Its nothing to do with the connection because when it happens I am still connected to WiFi or data package and other apps work except the sims mobile game! It started a few months back with just a Few random crashes but now happens pretty much daily. Two players have said when they try to see my home from friends list it crashes their game but others have no problems seeing the house but still have network error happening to them. It’s certainly got worse with the frequent updates with quests. I’d really like to see this fixed so we can have confidence in playing this game.

a couple of days ago, when I accidentally got into the game, I saw a house at Dizziekittie's party.
for three days I can’t log in again due to this network problem. I remind you, EA Team, that after the update in early September, the game stopped working for me. and only occasionally could I enter the game to play. but the network glitch got worse. my friends in the game stopped seeing my house. the game crashed. I can no longer enter the game. the game does not work. My case still has been examined by specialists for more than a month. communicating by messenger, I found out that even the EA team on Facebook does not see my house
