I started a cloning request for Oxanna unit when already had 131/180 level. The cloning should have granted 20 levels. After completing all the battles required and accepting the reward. I checked the level count and it did not change. I know this happen yesterday but I believe this happen before with the same unit.

The cloning chamber is granting you additional cards, not levels. If you had 131/180 cards before you should have had 151/180 after you've claimed the cloning chamber rewards. Was that the case? If not, can I get your Player ID (found in Settings -> About) and the time and date when it happened, so I can have a look? Thanks!
