Game has gone nuts... I just spent 45 minutes renovating my house, changing furniture, just to come back ten minutes later to find everything gone...sigh...not sure if I have the guts to try again...and again and again in the hope that it all stays!
Can't count the times I have force closed etc...

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Me too with the assigned event not counting down. I even retired my favourite Sim hoping it would fix it, but it hasn't. Force stop/restart didn't work. Happened 3 days in a row

Are you going to reset the days on this task so we can complete? I’ve lost about 3 days due to the resetting of the tasks?

So I'm doing the event Asos event. It says I have one day and 2 hours left but it won't let me do the event. I feel cheated. I'm not done getting all the clothing noe I really can't get them. Is anybody else having this problem. Last week I didn't get my fashion gems for the stickers now this. Saying highly disappointed is below what I'm feeling. By the time you read this the event might be over and I will be stuck out of luck. I have invested time and money into Sims Mobile and to see how I'm getting cheated every week is very unacceptable. I restarted my game nothing happened. It says I have time but I can't do the event at any place.
