Can`t unlock a Combat Role!

@BlueNinja2393 That's definitely strange. What are you seeing when you check your Assault class for the UK or Germany in your Company? Does it just show that Vehicle Buster is still locked? Would you be able to send me a screenshot?
@HeyMufti If you open up the Rewards progression screen for your Support class, does it show that you've unlocked the Machine Gunner combat role there?

@HeyMufti Gotcha, thanks. In a case like this where the rank rewards haven't unlocked when they should have, they can come through upon ranking up again in the future. As you continue ranking up be sure to check back and see if you're able to access the Machine Gunner specialization afterward.
If you still aren't able to see it once you've hit rank 20 in Support please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look for you.

As you can see I am level 9 on Assault Class. When you go onto Brtiain and Germany. It shows its locked but unlocked when you go onto USA and Japan.
I would have done more screenshots but I don't know how to send them as a one.

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems like a serious bug happening randomly. Because I asked my friends for help before. Suprisely a few of them meet the familiar bug with me, not just PATHFINDER but also other combat roles failed to be unlocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? The combat role remains locked, although my class recon has already been leveled up to the cap, 20.
What should be happening instead? Should be unlocked permanently once reaching rank 8 of recon.

Unfortunately I still couldn`t unlock the combat role PATHFINDER, which should be done at recon rank 8.

What happens when the bug occurs? I reached rank 8 in support and assault but the respect weapons and combat roles are not unlocked
What should be happening instead? I should have unlocked these items once i reached this rank

Im past rank 8 for both of these roles, these two roles are effected
