I'm having the same problem with the medic but on the xbox one it says I've got the club and combat medic unlocked but I can't use them

Same here, with lvl 20 medic mastery, lvl 20 medic weapon, lvl 10 gewher mastery assignments, lvl 10 ross mk III mastery assignments, lvl 10 lewis mastery assignments, lvl 10 mp28 mastery assignments, etc., etc., etc., ETC. ETC ETC ETC

PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM 6 MONTHS AGO AND YOU REPLIED IT WOULD BE FIXED IN AN UPDATE SOON... 6 MONTHS AGO

You can solve the problem by contacting support, they can give you the gun but they cannot give you the assingment 

Peaople often forget that if this happen you also dont get the assingment, and that is pretty lame because its the only way to obtain cosmetic items

I had this issue as support and can confirm its an issue all BFV players are having no matter which platform.

It'd be nice if EA and dice would fix it!

There is an issue with unlocking some weapons at specific rank, Devs are already working on it to fix it. But there is no time/date for fix, so be patient please.
