What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I move my mouse either in Lobby or in game the graphic quality of the characters, loot and detailed element (e.g. grass) gets pixelated and it looks like i go from a 1440p resolution to a 480p
What should be happening instead? Good quality as before

@RedHairWarRior Check if your drivers for the graphics card is up to date, and check if any Dynamic Resolution is turned on. If it is, try disabling it and see if it makes a difference.
