When you are playing with c3po as an ally and you have 3 stacks of translation, cooldowns will not be decreased if you kill an enemy with another character while calling c3po to assist.
Ex: you have 3 stacks of translation on c3po and padme. You attack with padme's kick and kill the enemy, c3po doesnt assist so cooldowns aren't decreased.

Hi @jlaro18 and thank you for the report.

If C-3PO doesn't assist (due to the target being dead already) he isn't using his basic ability and therefore won't be able to decrease the cooldown of the abilities. This is working as intended and not a bug.
