Character reset issue

I used to have a 5 star Jawa. When I logged in today, I was greeted with an "activate Jawa" notification. It's now 25/25 shards. I'm very confused. Is there any way to get him back to 5 star?

If you haven't already make sure to force restart the game.

If you've logged into an account to save your progress you can also try reinstalling the app as well.
