Character not showing in Guild Store

Since the patch that went live on last thursday i haven't got any Ima-Gun Di shards in the Guild Store, the 3rd slot is rotating between Luke and Ewok Elder for the last 17 refreshes and all other characters available showed up at least 4-5 times but not Ima-Gun Di, not even once. I believe might be an issue, i don't think i have such bad luck with RNG.

Thanks for the answer. According to some members on my guild Ima-Gun Di is showing up for them but one mentioned not seeing Ewok Elder who's also a 3rd slot for the same period of time as me. Is it possible that this is an issue for only a small group, local? By the way, make it 20 resets without shards.

After the patch that dropped last thursday or friday it came back to normal, not sure what you guys did but i'm glad i can go back and farm him again. Thanks for the answer.
