Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow the steps on the video, or go to arcade, select your character, and quickly after that press esc and then quit. The character will get stuck in the Menu Background
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing aside from the aesthetic change of having a character stuck in the Menu Background
What do you expect to see? That you fix other BUGs before thinking on this one

I said I would unload all BUGs I know, one per day, this is one of them. But I seriously hope that DICE/EA don't pay any attention to this BUG as it's harmless to the player experience, and can stay forever as it doesn't impact the gameplay at all. It's just ugly and funny.
