What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Teammates and I selecting characters

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When my teammates are selecting their characters on the character selection screen, it shows the skin *I* have equipped on that character. It should show the skin that *they* have equipped on their character. It only happens on the character selection screen. In-game and on the banners it shows the correct skins (that they have equipped not mine)
What should be happening instead? It should show the skin that THEY have equipped to the characters when they are selecting them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it seems to be happening to a lot of people
