I use mod loadouts to move mods around for my arena climbs. Primarily, to put my CLS mods onto my Biggs for ships because my CLS has four 6-dot mods and it provides extra survivability, etc.
Yesterday, I moved CLS's mods back onto him a FULL HALF HOUR before territory war character lock and left them on him. I then swapped them back onto Biggs for my ship climb well after TW lock (hours later) and after my grand arena character lock.
Today, as I went to attack in TW, I noticed that my CLS has no mods on him in TW. How could this happen? When exactly do the characters lock?
This has happened to me before, but I assumed it was my error. This time I was extra careful to make sure I didn't move mods until after character lock. Both my TW and GA mods locked well after the indicated player lock times.
