Summarize your bug According to patch notes: "Chaotic Rime - Frost Shards: Increased bonus from 125% to 250%" But in-game value is reported as 125%, same as before the patch. On the contrary, similar changes in other gear is correctly reported (did not check them all) so it might be limited to Chaotic Rime, or some kind of mistake in the tip text.

What happens when the bug occurs? Chaotic Rime bonus is 125%.
What should be happening instead? Chaotic Rime bonus should be 250%.
