Bumping this again as I didnt read anything about addressing this issue in the upcoming patch next week which is disheartening... thank goodness Division II is released on March 15th so I can just forget about this and hope that EA / Bioware one day fixes the issue so I can enjoy the game I paid for rather than start over from the beginning....

I've got this on PC too.. The only thing I did differently to my friends was that I did not talk to Matthias (i.e. do the Manifold Missions) before continuing the story missions.

Just an FYI this is still a problem. I don't even know if my endgame activities towards this quest are getting tracks nor do I know if it's something the devs are tracking.

Four years later and STILL a problem with no fix
