Challenge of Valor not tracking and not showing up in Challenges > Expeditions

Summarize your bug I completed the main quest and spoke with the Bard about the Challenges of the Legionnaire: Valor. However when I go to challenges in the menu to track it, all I see are "???" where the challenge should be tracked (there should be a lot of things here because it's a major challenege). When I try to go to the wall/mural in the fort, I just get a popup that says No Active Challenges
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if this is something you can reproduce since it seems to be isolated to my pilot but I've attached screenshots
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot track the Challenge which means I can't progress this part of the endgame.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to track and complete this challenge.

I am level 30 and am in the endgame. I got the quest Challenge of Valor but unfortunately there seems to be some kind of bug/issue where I cannot track it. I've attached screenshots but basically it doesn't come up in my Challenges > Expeditions > Critical, I just get some question marks telling me I need to play the game some more to reveal it. I would like to be able to see my progress (assuming the game is still tracking my progress on this) so that I can get the rewards once I've earned them. When I go to the mural, it just tells me I have no active challenges.

I've reached out to EA Chat Support and they recommended I post here. Would appreciate any input/advice.

well the way i fixed is.... i made a new pilot and did the story again

since they dont give a dodo to fix it any time soon

I can't even accept it , do you have to be lvl 30?

On Xbox1 I can't even accept it. When I press "A" to accept and exit the window closes and nothing happens.

While not the same issue, I am experiencing something similar. None of my accomplishments are being tracked. I have performed a few contracts and the meter still shows zero
