What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Chain Lightning can be blocked from behind, and can't be blocked from the front depending on the absolute direction the target is facing, rather then the relative direction the target is facing from Palpatine

In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Palpatine and a blocking enemy, then make the enemy face East and block. Then Palpatine casts his chain lightning on the enemy's back and it'll be blocked. Likewise, make the enemy now face West and block. Then Palpatine casts his chain lightning on the enemy's front and it'll hit the enemy bypassing its block.
What happens when the bug occurs? Chain Lightning can hit when it shouldn't, and can be blocked when it shouldn't

This BUG started to happen after the patch which made Force Powers not be blockable from behind anymore.
