Celebrity Level Lost Too Quickly

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Get To Work, Dine Out, Spa, Spooky, Vintage, Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have one of your active households rank as a celebrity. Go play as a different Household. Come back to the ranking household. Within the first few minutes of playing, your Celebrity Level is Lost.
What happens when the bug occurs? Have one of your active households rank as a celebrity. Go play as a different Household. Come back to the ranking household. Within the first few minutes of playing, your Celebrity Level is Lost. Has happened with multiple households.
What do you expect to see? Before this bug started occurring, I could play as the ranking sim or household per the norm. I would have time to do actions that would make sure the celebrity level wouldn't drop. Now it drops as soon as I start playing the ranking household or sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
