Catalogue item not showing up

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By purchasing an 'Financial Take Over' from the catalogue.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the message that the Financial Take Over purchase was successful. But I never received the money.
What should be happening instead? My club should receive the money from Financial Take Over

Let me first state that:

• It's a NEW career, so I only use the Financial Take Over ONCE this career.
• I waited several in game months for the money to be wired, but it never showed up

Last week my SSD crashed and my Fifa 18 career mode save game got corrupted. I was pretty disappointed, and unable to restore the save game. So I had to start a new career on my newly installed fifa 18. I chose Notts County and redeemded a Financial Take Over, because i needed one. It was my last available Financial Take Over so I was happy there was still one left. Unfortunately I never received the money (waited several in game weeks/matches) from the Financial Take Over and it is gone from my catalogue.. now I have no Financial Take Overs left :<

EA live chat pointed me in this direction. Also reported it as a bug.. 

I've heared of catalogue item reset before, so if you please
