Catalogue FUT item unable to redeem

Which mode has this happened in? Catalogue
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am level 22, but am unable to redeem FUT loan player: Thomas Lemar.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a message stating "transaction incomplete. You haven't reached this item's level yet." despite the item being unlocked at level 20, and I am level 22.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to redeem this item

Super frustrating bug. I have tried redeeming it at level 20, level 21, and now level 22

Not sure if there will be an update for this, to be honest.

Is it the same loan player that you are unable to redeem?

I also have this problem! Super frustrating and I'm like level 33. Has this been fixed ? Will an update be pushed ?

This is also happening for me with Thomas Lemar at level 20.

Yes, it is always Lemar and it seems to happen across platforms. Why can't this be fixed somehow?

I am also experiencing this issue on Xbox One. I'm level 62 but can't redeem the Level 20 Thomas Lemar.
