Cartel [ Edited ]

I can't reclaim items from my cartel collection after equipping all items from a set. I submitted a ticket and they said nothing was wrong. Note the Sith Raider armor set in my inventory and the cartel collection. I equipped every item in the set on to my character and it wasn't added to my collection. Same goes with the Sanctified Caretaker Armor and the Exterminator Armor, as well as the lightsabers that go with the Jedi/Sith deluxe bundles. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't want to have to spend money to add these items to my collection permanently.
