Cars and Bank reset after restarting because of save error

I have lost 30+ hours of grinding, Ferrari FXXK etc, absolute joke

when it happened to me i did not get an error message. the game told me that i needed to combine my local inventory with online inventory to be able to play online and when i did that all of my cars and money disappeared. i had about $400,000 and a couple of customized cars. i don't even have the K.S. edition cars that came with the Origin Premier subscription. I literally have nothing. please fix this. this bug literally broke the game for me and there is really no reason for me to play anymore.

The bug exists since the 6th November and EA fixed nothing.

I've tried everything and nothing worked out.

It should be a server client problem or the data in NeedforSpeedHeat/SaveGame/savegame is damaged.

If you're going to restart new -> go to your Documents\Need for Speed Heat Folder and save this somewhere else and delete this folder/repair your game. If the window "Cloud loading" pops up decline it and load the local storage.

also do: start the game make the main missions and save this folder too(again somewhere else). Use this as backup.

Most people also deactivate the Cloud Storage

1. Launch the Origin Client.
2. Log into your account.
3. Open the 'Origin' menu.
4. Click on 'Application Settings'
5. Uncheck the 'Enable cloud storage for all supported games'
6. Click 'Done' to finish.
7. Exit the Origin client

Does any one has remade BMW M4 K.S? Is it possible to make a copy? The same bmw as it was in Raceism..

So I got Origin Access last friday to play need for speed heat with my friends.
All was fine and dandy until I updated the game and now my 26 hrs or so of grinding is gone.
All campaign progress, onlineprogress, rep, tricked out cars etc is gone. 
I've to restart the campaign again and start from zero.

@Joormatt Same here.... This is disgusting I’m still ranked 30 but all my cars and money gone come On now EA Sports can we get a fix for this

Same thing happen to me. My rep, my check mark for completing the race and everything saved but all the money I earned, over $100,000 gone. I don’t even want to play the game anymore because I’m scared it’ll happen again, very frustrating!

@Joormatt Ohh man you got all lucky, I lost everything. Imagine getting ALL the collectibles and unlocking a SUPER RARE Nissan GTR Nismo and buying it, and the next day losing it all. It said unable to synchronize memory or some crap like that, unable to upload data I dont know but man I am pissed, I am honestly not even motivated to play anymore. EA literally * everything up.
