Career - Can't sign any player on Loan! Reported since last year! FIX THIS!

Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can't sign any player on loan. No player (or club) is ever willing to come on loan, be it an unknown or a famous player. It's absurd! Other users had reported this since last year. How has it not get fixed?
What happens when the bug occurs? Message of the club not wanting to loan the player inmediately pops up, be it an unknown or a famous player.
What should be happening instead? Many players outside the "For Loan" category should be available for loan signing.

Thanks Aido. I hope this is the kind of problem to get top priority in your fix lists, since it's been like this since the game release and totally breaks Career Mode.

Hopefully it can be deployed along with the World Cup Update.

It’s totally broken career mode and it’s a joke that it’s half way through the fifa year and it’s still not fixed

If ea can not fix this I won’t like so fifa count to cocenplate this not working as I’ve spent money on this game and it’s not working properly and if you can’t fix it I want coins on ultimate team in return
