What do you expect to see? Would like to see this graphic go away It blocks reading tasks and the right side party/Inventory & is on every location

This graphic problem started with the February 25, 2019 Patch 

Would like to see this graphic go away. 

It stays on constantly and BLOCKS anything I’m trying to do with my Sims,  from trying on clothes/hair/makeup, viewing furniture 

reading event tasks, obscuring the right side party/Inventory tabs etc.

I got a similar issue but it got resolved with force closing and opening the app again. Have you tried this?

Yes, that is usually one of the first things I try.

Can you try giving a Sim a makeover, does that remove the popup?

Ok the Place the Cake hint is gone now 

Its been replaced with a Give a Makeover hint. 

So, this is probably a dumb question,  but 

how to I get back to a previous screen.  

I’m not seeing any X  or arrows.  

What am I missing?  

Yesterday I accidentally bought something I 

would never have bought trying to find a way out of that screen
