Summarize your bug Captain Phasma continues to hit enemies with her Staff Strikes even though she stopped swinging it .

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to attack and hit enemy heroes with Captain Phasma's Staff Strikes, preferably multiple times, easiest to do it if they get shocked by her droid.
What happens when the bug occurs? After Phasma stops attacking with her staff (for example rolls away and starts shooting) the enemy hero gets hit by the staff extra time(s). You can hear the metallic sound characteristic to when Phasma hits and enemy with her Staff Strikes as well as a hit marker shows.

It is possible that the staff attack hitbox stays for some time in a place the last time Phasma attacked with it, therefore damaging enemies even though Phasma is not actively using Staff Strikes. It might be similar to some other issues like with dash abilites (Maul's spin attack, Luke's rush etc.) that's damage got triggered multiple times from one use. Not 100% sure how exactly that triggers as I haven't played that much with her since the patch, but I played enough to notice that bug's existance.
