@stingray666666 Unfortunately I don't have direct access to your game so I cannot investigate it further myself.

The only idea I can offer from my end would be to uninstall the game and reinstall it, just to rule out any data corruption.

I have done that around four times. I also have an issue with guild chat and have to delete reinstall on a pretty much daily basis.
Which costs me cash for data.
Are EA going to make any sort of offer wether it's crystals mats or gear???
Anything to help get me back on track.
