Captain Phasma issue

My Captain Phasma isn't generating any assists. I've tried reporting it but nothing happens.
It is just mine!
If I borrow one it generates assists no problem.
But my one doesn't generate anything.

@stingray666666 I meant Captain Phasma's leader ability "Fire at Will" that gives a % chance to call a random ally to assist. I am just wondering whether what you observe might be related to a certain rank of this skill.

And you are observing this everywhere? As in, for challenges and also cantina matches?

Or was it specific to one game mode?

I'm sorry Nils but that is very poor service!
Not a word for ages then when I do ask.
Nothing!!
As I have said the situation costs me in real money and it not being sorted out. Just isn't good enough.
EA are happy to take my money. But not willing to sort out an issue!
