Summarize your bug Tarkin's 5* ship challenge requires me to use 6 Ships. But, because the new format for ships only allows for 3 on the field the max ships a 4* Tarkin can field is 5 ships. I'm stuck, as I require a 5* Tarkin Capital Ship to unlock the 5* Tarkin Capital Ship
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a a 4* Tarkin capital ship to complete the 5* Tarkin capital ship challenge. It will state you meet the requirements, but because you can only field 5 Ships it won't let you start the challenge.

I just encountered this exact issue with an android phone.

The same thing happened to me yesterday with Mace Windu, and today with Tarkin ... is it a global bug? Does anyone know if EA is aware of this problem and is working on it? I await your comments guys because I'm also stuck without being able to move forward ...

Having the same issue.  Using an iPad as well.

have 7 eligible ships can only field 5 and the requirement is for 6.  Requirement didn’t change to adjust for the change from 5v5 to 3v3
