How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the horse to interact
What happens when the bug occurs? you cannot see the text of the interactions in the pie menu
What do you expect to see? the text
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have removed my mods folder and the issue still occurs, I've even repaired my game and nothing. I could see the text a couple days ago and now I cant? it makes no sense.

Are you playing through Steam?
Have you made sure to remove all your mods/CC and delete the localthumbcache.package?
