Cant play ranked with silver friends when i am silver

What happens when the bug occurs? Cant play ranked with friends as it shows i am platinum on the badge. When I click into the ranked it says my current level is silver meaning I should be able to play with friends
What should be happening instead? Should be silver ranked and able to play with friends
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at ranked badges and change mine so I can play with my silver team mates
