Summarize your bug Game starts fine, get to the screen with the user agreement, screen dims and I'm in menu loop hell. Chatted with EA support and did all of their things and still no change

What happens when the bug occurs? I cant play the game.....

As an update talked to EA support (Jim your a boss!) and doesnt look at this point that there is a fix for it. Did all the things short of throwing the ps4 out the window soooo no idea on a fix or when I will actually get to play

This is happening to me as well. Got the PS on Tuesday and received the game in the mail Friday and haven’t been able to figure anything out.

Same. I did the digital download ore ordered it. Deleted the game twice and reinstalled it. They need to make an fix for this. Only way to bypass the glitch is to go to settings network and disconnect from internet. Ther way u can play offline. But what good is that I bought this game
To play online. Idk what to do I called PS maybe I’ll try EA.

Are you playing the game from EA Access on Xbox One or do you own the game by itself? If there is anything plugged into the USB slot on your console try removing it.
