Cant even get past the loading cantina screen.

star wars galaxy of heroes ever since Tuesday I can't access the game.I have reinstalled the game numerous times. cleaned out cache and data.did a factory reset and contacted ea. nothing has helped. I am on a Samsung galaxy s5. any suggestions?

I began experiencing this bug this morning.

I logged in fine, got my daily, ran 3 sim ticket cantina battles, but on the 3rd one the game crashed.

Now, each time I go to open the game, it loads cantina, and then crashed before the playable game starts.
