How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Client will not download. Usually stops at 0% however sometimes it hangs at 60-96% progress is not made incrementally it skips imidately to a percentage and does not move

I have tried Uninstalling and re installing. I have tried clearing local data and cache. I have tried Uninstalling android system web view. I ha e tried re installing Android system web view. I have tried downloading on 3 different wifi connections and via 5g.

No change from any of these steps

Screen shot below was taken after waiting on the loading screen for 15 minutes. It jumped to 90% instantly and stopped loading
