Cant Select Position EASHL

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I try to select a position in EASHL it won’t let me.
What happens when the bug occurs? Completely locked out of EASHL, can’t select a position in Drop-In, Clubs, or PRO-AM or anything
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the game
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here World of Chel
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Always
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here.
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region. NA EAST
What is your game language? English

Just can’t select a position and then EASHL stops working

How many of you is this happening to? Something to try is clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Did this just all of a sudden start happening or has it been an issue for a while now? Something to try would be hard restarting your console. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It started happening like last month and it’ll randomly work but mostly it doesn’t. We are on Xbox Series X and we’ve tried the hard restarting but it just doesn’t work

Same thing is happening to me and I tried clearing the alternate max address and it didn’t work. The only solution I have found so far is uninstalling my game, but doing that constantly is just not gonna work. Please let me know if you find any other way to fix this.

Is this happening in NHL 22 or 23? You posted this on the NHL 22 forums. Also, what system are you playing on?

My friend can’t play with us, when he joins the lobby it doesn’t allow him to select a position and ready up. We have tried this and it hasn’t worked. Is there a solution?
