Cannot put or take any objects

Summarize your bug When i play cataclysm and die in the storm. Sometimes when someone revives me or i respawn myself my "square" button stops working and i cannot pick or put relics/echos.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do what i do. Take storm with same dificulty as me. Die in the storm. Die few times in the cataclysm storm and u may be able to reproduce it
What happens when the bug occurs? I CANNOT USE MY "SQUARE" button to pick or put relics..or use teleports. LIKE my square button is completely disabled.
What should be happening instead? it should be working?

I've tried to ignore the problem but couldnt when all my team was fighting the boss and i was the only one who could get more than 200k more points from different puzzles.
Anyone else had that prorblem?

@FURY_HeavensI died in the water, out of breath, cos some new players took away the echoes at the underwater gate of britaheim event. They keep taking away from gate to the ground. So I waited in the water until I die, see how long they take to realize they are doing wrong. After revive, I can pass through hanging echoes and pick up, but cannot put them. I cannot pick them up if they are not in the air.
