Cannot purchase crystals. Tried many fixes.

I've tried uninstalling the Google play accounts. Uninstalling the whole game. I've cleared cache, data, and updates for the game and for Google play and application manager. I've double checked credit card information and I can purchase in other games.
Anyone seen this? I can't find anything on it.

Lol. Man....I've been submitting reports like crazy last two weeks with regards to not being capable of buying anything in game ; they won't do nothing , they are blaming apple and their end of the transactions and when you speak to Apple.....they blame EA and you for not knowing why this error happens; Error 60 on my iPad 😕

Had to phone them today as still no reply, but I heard that this purchasing problem has been forwarded to the app developers so hopefully it can be fixed asap, will relay info when I get it
